Body led work, brought into your space.

Alongside private practice, I work with a small number of venues, brands and organisations on curated experiences for their clients, and with leadership teams on what sits underneath how they perform under pressure.

What I bring

Most wellbeing programming works on the mind or on movement. This works on the nervous system directly, which is why people feel a difference in the session rather than a week later.

I am a Certified TRE Provider, trained through TRE College London, alongside certification in clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, Time Line Therapy and systemic and family constellations. Every format below sits inside that training rather than adjacent to it.

Formats

Private client experiences

Curated small-group sessions for members, guests or clients. Held with proper care rather than delivered as a class.

Leadership and teams

Regulation and pattern work for founders, senior teams and people carrying significant decisions. Not coaching, the layer underneath it.

Practitioner collaboration

Working alongside your existing practitioners, or offering private sessions from your space on agreed days.

Leaders and senior teams

A good deal of my private practice is with founders, senior professionals and people carrying significant decisions. I spent years in commercial leadership across the UK and the Middle East before this work, so I am not describing that pressure from the outside.

What I bring to an organisation is not coaching. There is no shortage of that. It is the layer underneath: what the nervous system is doing before a decision gets made, why capable people hesitate at the same point every time, and why insight in a leadership programme so often fails to change behaviour afterwards.

In practice that means sessions on regulation under sustained pressure, working with the patterns that show up in how a team makes decisions, and private one to one work for individual leaders where that is more appropriate than a group setting.

Shakework™

My own structured protocol for discharging held tension through the body, developed out of the body based work at the centre of my practice. It exists in private, corporate and parent and child variants, and it is designed to be repeatable, so participants leave with something they can use rather than only a good hour.

It is a practice I teach rather than a validated clinical treatment, and I describe it that way in every setting.

How I choose partners

I work with a deliberately small number of partners, and I am selective about fit. What matters to me is that the space is genuinely private, that the audience is one this work suits, and that the values on both sides hold up under scrutiny.

I am fully insured and work within a clearly defined scope. Where a participant needs medical, psychiatric or psychotherapeutic care, I say so and refer appropriately. That matters as much in a group setting as in private practice.

Where I work

15 Harley Street and Kings Road Consulting Rooms in London, with access to a private space in South Kensington, and I travel for selected engagements.
